When my husband and I craved a specialized vacation to Rome, Florence, and Venice, Italy, we turned
to Diane Wilson.
In Rome, we were inspired by Michael Angelo’s famous painting of the ceiling at the Vatican, St. Peter’s
Basilica, the Colosseum, the Fountain of Trevi, and of course the Parthenon.
Florence, Italy, exceeded our expectations with a 1950s American Dinner tour of Tuscany that included
the quaint villages of Siena and San Gimignano.
Our tour ended with a trip to Venice, Italy, that included boats that chugged across the waters to the
Island of Murano where they create famous glass pieces to the Island of Burano where women still
create lace pieces by hand, truly a forgotten art. Time passed quickly, but we were able to squeeze in
a Gondola ride in Venice where everyone joined in and sang songs.
Diane’s expertise in detail offered us quaint hotels, delicious food, and beautiful excursions with no
flaws in reservations, facilities, transfers, or flights. We currently are utilizing her services to our trip
to Alaska.
